Tired with the uninspiring way recruitment practices were applying traditional principles and values to the emerging technology sector, Ian and Emma decided to do things differently.

Director of Accounts
Described as a serial entrepreneur, Iain established Resource Partners specifically for the tech industry to challenge retrograde thinking, and optimise his knowledge of the tech start up.
Having previously established Career Architechs with the sole purpose of developing a new approach to recruitment — the academy for his employees, and developing an effective 8-step methodology for clients.
Iain brings a fresh-thinking mind-set to all shapes and sizes of tech business.
Director Global Executive Appointments
With over 13 years in the industry, Emma’s proven history of senior placements in top-tier tech firms means she’s built up considerable respect in her field. Previously, she owned and ran discreet head hunting firm Russell Winter. Here, she assembled several successful teams within start-ups from scratch to take them to IPO status.
As a non-executive director of Career Architechs, and the director at the helm of global executive appointments at Resource Partners, Emma leads by example — driving people to achieve and partnering with businesses to get them where want to be.
